PROFILE: Hermond Lawson, originally from Washington DC, joined the Walker Avenue Apartments team as Maintenance Supervisor in July 2007. Hermond joined Capstone Management within the last year at the University of Maryland, College Park's South Campus Commons community as a Maintenance Technician, and was recommended for advancement here at Walker. As Maintenance Supervisor, Hermond is responsible for maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds and supervising the staff and/or vendors which perform the various functions in/around Walker. Hermond is a go-getter with lots of enthusiasm. Hermond enjoys cooking (but not setting off fire alarms), and spending time with his family. Yes, Hermond loves the Washington Redskins, but can appreciate the Ravens.
