Interested in living at Walker Avenue Apartments?
We are currently accepting applications for 2010-2011. UMBC students must have completed at least 39 credits and being in good financial stand with UMBC to be eligible to live in Walker Avenue Apartments. If you are interested you must first apply online through UMBC's Department of Residence Life at http://www.umbc.edu/reslife/.
Once approved, you will be contacted by our Management Office. You will be required to pay a $200 non-refundable deposit, sign a license, and submit a notarized Continuing Guarantor Form (http://www.walkeravenueapts.com/applications-forms/).

[+]Financial Aid Deferment
Walker Avenue Apartments offers an option for those student who are awaiting refunds from the University due to Scholarship or Financial Aid awards to defer fall and/or spring payment until that refund is received.
Students interested in this option must first complete all steps necessary to be eligible for Financial AId. Please visit UMBC Financial Aid for more details.

[+]2010-2011 Housing Selection
Interested in living at Walker Ave Apartments in 2010-2011?
Housing Selection will begin on Monday, March 1 for all current campus residents, including Walker Ave. Students interested in selecting Walker Ave must apply through the Residential Life Online Housing Selection process.
1) Go to: www.umbc.edu/reslife and click on "Apply for Housing"
2) Log in using your UMBC ID and password
3) Fill out the Housing Application
4) If applying as a group, ONLY THE GROUP LEADER should fill out the Walker Application.
5) Your application will be processed. If approved for Walker, you will be contacted by our office with a housing assignment and instructions for completing our online license.

Are you interning in the Baltimore area during the summer and looking for housing? Walker Avenue Apartments will be housing interns, in partnership with UMBC, at a rate of $189 per week.
