Friday, August 27 9am-5pm: Check In for New Students/Transfers Only

Saturday, August 28 9am-5pm: Check In for all Walker Ave Residents

Prior to being issued a key, residents will need to:

Complete the UMBC Residential Online Check - In at www.umbc.edu/reslife

Submit a notarized Guarantor Form

Submit their first payment

Incoming residents can log into the Resident Portal to make payments and/or view rooommate information.
