At Walker Avenue, we try to ensure a convenient leasing and living experience for you. Individual leases are offered, so there’s no pressure to fill apartment to live at Walker Avenue Apartments. Included in the rent are all utilities, such as hot water, electric, central heating and air conditioning. - We offer amenities including a full size washer and dryer, a kitchen complete with all new appliances including a self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dish washer and garbage disposal in each and every apartment. - Fully furnished with sofa, living room chair, coffee, dining and end tables in the common area and full size beds and frames, study tables, dressers and large closets with full mirrored sliding doors in all bedrooms.

 

High speed Internet and individual phone lines with voice mail are offered to each resident and there’s even cable TV in each common area. You also can’t forget about the sand volleyball pit and barbeque grills just steps away in the courtyard.

 

Students receiving financial aid, scholarships and/or graduate assistantship aid may indicate such as their method of payment. Here’s how it works: UMBC disperses the financial aid to the student, the student deposits the award, and then pays their rent at the Leasing Office (the student pays any difference in rent and amount dispersed).
